Livio Philippe Jean-Charles (born November 8, 1993) is a professional basketball player for CSKA Moscow of the VTB United League.

[citation needed] On 27 June 2013 Jean-Charles was selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the 28th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft.

He also made eight FIBA Europe Cup appearances, averaging 8.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists, in 23.9 minutes per game.
