Elizabeth Gloyn is a Reader in Latin Language and Literature at Royal Holloway, the University of London and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
[1][2] Gloyn completed her BA and MPhil at Newnham College Cambridge, and received a PhD from Rutgers (the State University of New Jersey) in 2011.
[2] Between 2011 and 2013, she was a Teaching Fellow at the University of Birmingham, before moving to Royal Holloway.
[2] She has published widely on topics including Seneca the Younger, classical reception, the history of Classics, and issues of social and familial history within Latin literature more broadly.
