Local Utpaat is an Indian Assamese-language kung fu comedy film directed by Kenny Deori Basumatary.

Meanwhile, Maya’s ex-boyfriend, Donnie, still harbouring feelings for her, seeks the help of a relationship consultant known as “BUG Da” to separate the couple.
