Lock Springs is a village in southeast Daviess County, Missouri, United States.

[4] Lock Springs is located on Missouri Route 190 approximately eight miles south of Jamesport.

Chillicothe in adjacent Livingston County is approximately twelve miles to the east-southeast on Route 190.

15.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 38.9% of families and 37.0% of the population living below the poverty line, including 48.1% of under eighteens and 21.4% of those over 64.
