Loma Rica, California

Loma Rica (Spanish for "Rich Hill") is a census-designated place (CDP) in Yuba County, California, United States.

Loma Rica is located 15 miles (24 km) northeast of Marysville.

[4] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 18.5 square miles (48 km2), all of it land.

The 2010 United States Census[5] reported that Loma Rica had a population of 2,368.

161 households (18.2%) were made up of individuals, and 75 (8.5%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 985 housing units at an average density of 53.3 per square mile (20.6/km2), of which 758 (85.6%) were owner-occupied, and 127 (14.4%) were occupied by renters.
