Lorane is a census-designated place (CDP) in Exeter Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Located on the Schuylkill River, US Route 422 runs through the town.

At the 2000 census, there were 2,994 people, 1,160 households, and 864 families living in the CDP.
