Lost Soul: The Doomed Journey of Richard Stanley’s Island of Dr. Moreau is a 2014 American documentary film directed by David Gregory.

The documentary looks into Stanley's vision for the film, as he had spent years working on the movie's script and had intended for Bruce Willis to star as Edward Douglas, a role that was later given to David Thewlis.
Lost Soul features interviews with several people involved with the movie's production and focuses on various aspects of the film, including numerous changes to the script and the difficulties the cast and crew members had to deal with on the set.
