[4] Also in 1937, she began working for Columbia Pictures,[citation needed] where she made two films starring alongside Charley Chase and Andy Clyde.

[7] Following the end of this marriage, Stanley married Addison Randall, a singing cowboy and romantic lead for many B-Westerns.

[8] On August 25, 1942, Stanley married U.S. Navy pilot Charles Munn Jr.[9] This marriage also was short-lived, ending in divorce with allegations that he beat her.

[citation needed] Louise Stanley retired from acting and died from cancer in Cocoa Beach, Florida in 1982.
