Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality

The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) (French: Département de Qualité Environnemental de Louisiane) is a state agency of Louisiana that monitors the environment of the state.

It is headquartered in the Galvez Building in downtown Baton Rouge.
