[1] Pino played baby fútbol for Nueva Unión and Oriental de Rodríguez before joining Montevideo City Torque.
[2] He made his professional debut for Torque on 21 October 2022 in a 1–2 league defeat to River Plate Montevideo.
[5] In August 2024, Pino was called up by Uruguay A' team head coach Diego Pérez for a friendly match against Guatemala.
[6] On 1 September 2024, he made his Uruguay A' debut by scoring a goal in a 1–1 draw against Guatemala.
[7] On 9 September 2024, Pino received his first call-up to the Uruguay national team for a FIFA World Cup qualification match against Venezuela.
