Luisita López Torregrosa (born in 1943) is a Puerto Rican journalist, book author, editor, freelance writer, and professor.
[1][2][3][4][5] She has reported from the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Cuba, and Puerto Rico.
Luisita López Torregrosa is the daughter of Amaury López, who was a doctor, and of María Luisa Torregrosa, who was a beauty contest winner, lawyer, and founder of Farándula Bohemia, a touring theater company in Puerto Rico.
[1][2] Torregrosa received a BA in English and journalism from Winthrop University in South Carolina in 1964.
