Luke Gell

Once hailed as a "young Peter Kay"[1] Gell is most well known for the role of Tim Claypole in the BBC Three sitcom, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps from 2008 to the show's end in 2011.

He has been described as a "young Peter Kay"[2] Gell has been acting since the age of 11, including in the long-running hospital drama Casualty, and now runs the weekend drama workshop "Inspire Academy"[3] for young actors.

Gell joined the cast of Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps in 2008 following the departure of Ralf Little, Gell appeared in Three series up until the shows eventual cancellation in 2011.

Gell is the owner of a Nottingham based theatre company named Inspire Academy.
