Lydia Zele

Lydia Zele is an American taekwondo practitioner.

She won a gold medal at the 1989 World Taekwondo Championships in Seoul, by defeating Denise Parmley in the quarterfinal, Antonia Vega in the semifinal, and Marcia King in the final.
