Lynne Ann Battaglia (born April 14, 1946) is an American lawyer and former jurist from Howard County, Maryland.

From 2001 to 2016 she served as an associate judge on the Maryland Court of Appeals.

Lynne Ann Battaglia[1] was born on April 14, 1946, in Buffalo, New York.

She attended Georgetown University to study the American government and later graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1974.

Formerly, she served as United States Attorney for the District of Maryland and as Chief of Staff to Senator Barbara A. Mikulski.
