Maalik Murphy (born February 13, 2004) is an American football quarterback for the Oregon State Beavers.
[2] He became the school's starting quarterback going into his junior season, which was shortened and played in the spring due to Covid-19, and passed for 1,261 yards with nine touchdowns and four interceptions.
[5] Murphy was rated a four-star recruit and began receiving scholarship offers while he was still a backup.
[9] Murphy completed 9-of-13 pass attempts for 165 yards and a touchdown in Texas's 2023 spring game.
