Maciej Wincenty Musiał (born 22 January 1952) is a Polish politician and physicist.
In 1973, he graduated from the Faculty of Physics at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
The same year he was also the director of the Poznań division of the Solidarity Citizens' Committee, during the 1989 parliamentary election.
From June 2000 to October 2001 he was the chief of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland under the cabinet of Jerzy Buzek.
[1][2] Later, he thought at the Higher School of Banking in Poznań, and was the board and general director of the Konin Coal Mine from 2006 to 2008.
