Maddison Smith (born 17 March 2000)[1] is a field hockey player from Australia.

[2] Maddison Smith was born and raised in Albion Park, New South Wales.

[4][5] Smith made her junior international debut in 2018 during a qualification tournament for the Youth Olympic Games in Port Moresby.

[6] She followed this up with an appearance at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires where she was a member of the Australian Hockey5s team that finished fifth in the girls' tournament.
