Maghfoor Mansoor (March 9, 1966 – May 11, 2001) was a U.S.-based Pakistani native who worked as a cab driver and tour guide.
[1] During his crime rampage, he had committed a variety of criminal acts in several U.S. states, including sexual assault, robbery, and carjacking, and he caused the death of one person working on a construction site in a hit and run accident while attempting to flee law enforcement.
[2] His spree ended on May 11, 2001, in a New York hotel when he was shot to death by law enforcement agents.

He had used a large number of aliases, disguises, and stolen identities, making the determination of his identity or nationality a challenge for law enforcement.
