Maha Nawrahta

Gen. Maha Nawrahta (Burmese: မဟာနော်ရထာ, pronounced [məhà nɔ̀jətʰà], called Mang Maha Noratha by Damrong Rajanubhab;[1]: 320  d. March 1767) was joint commander-in-chief of the Royal Burmese Army from 1765 to 1767.

He and Ne Myo Thihapate jointly commanded the 14-month-long siege of Ayutthaya, the capital of Siam.

He died just a few weeks before the Burmese armies succeeded.
