Maish Vaya is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pima County, Arizona, United States.

According to the United States Geological Survey, the CDP has a total area of 4.24 square miles (11.0 km2), all land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 98.7% American Indian, 1.8% other, and 1.3% two or more races.

Of the family households, 12 were married couples living together, while there were 8 single fathers and 13 single others; the non-family households included 7 adults living alone: 2 male and 5 female.
