Malgosia Fitzmaurice

Malgosia A. Fitzmaurice (born 20 July 1955 as Małgorzata Lachs) is a Polish lawyer who is professor of public international law at Queen Mary University of London.

She is an international lawyer with a specialist interest in marine environmental matters, the law of treaties, and indigenous peoples.

[1] Malgosia Fitzmaurice was born at Łódź, Poland on 20 July 1955[2] to Manfred Lachs.

[2] In 2000, Fitzmaurice was appointed to the Professorship of International Law at Queen Mary University of London.
