Mammad Hagverdi Yaqubov was born on February 2, 1941, in the village of Mils Julfa region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In 1966 he defended his thesis "the continuation and stability of a class of integro-differential equations" on the physical and mathematical sciences.
Mammad Hagverdi Yaqubov was awarded a diploma "The Best Patriotic Researcher" of 2014 by the European Publishing Press House.
