Mani Ram Godara

Mani Ram Godara (17 November 1925 – 15 June 2009) was an Indian politician and social worker.

He was elected to the 5th Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament from Hisar.

[1][2] Born on 17 November 1925 in Badopal village in Fatehabad district in the Haryana.

He held portfolio of Irrigation and Power minister after being elected to the assembly from Badopal in 1967.

He was also a founding member of the Bansi Lal Haryana Vikas Party and then he held portfolio of Home ministry after being elected to assembly from Bhattu Kalan in 1996 as a member of the Haryana Vikas Party.
