Born in Quetta on 1 May 1971, Kakar holds degrees in Master of Arts and Bachelor of Laws.
[2] He received 18,062 votes and defeated a candidate of Jamiat Ulema-e Islam (F).
[3] In March 2018, the Election Commission of Pakistan disqualified him as Member of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan for crossing the floor.

Presumably, it was at the direction of the Pakistan Army that runs the hybrid regime in that country.
