María Concepción García Gainza (born 1 December 1937) is a Spanish art historian, educator, and writer.
[1] She has directed and contributed to Catálogo monumental de Navarra which describes the complete culture and art of Navarre.
[1] She is an expert on Spanish Renaissance and Baroque art who has presented at national and international conferences.
[1] Her research focus is the history of Italian and Spanish sculpture of the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries.
[3] She is Professor Emeritus at the University of Navarre and she is a corresponding academic at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando and Santa Isabel de Hungary in Seville.
