Marcel Rapp (born 16 April 1979) is a German former professional footballer who played as a centre-back or as a midfielder and who is the head coach of Bundesliga club Holstein Kiel.

At the beginning of October 2021, Rapp took over at second-division club Holstein Kiel as the successor to interim coach Dirk Bremser, who had been in charge of the team for 2 matches following the resignation of Ole Werner.
