Marcelo Adriano de Azevedo Casanova (born 1 September 2003) is a Brazilian Paralympic judoka.

He represented Brazil at the 2024 Summer Paralympics.

Casanova competed at the 2023 Parapan American Games and won a gold medal in the 90 kg event.
