Margaret Elizabeth Letham (born 21 June 1956) is a female lawn and indoor bowler.

[1] Letham has won medals at four World Outdoor Championships.

[2] Starting with a pairs gold with Joyce Lindores in 2000 in Moama, Australia,[3] and then a singles bronze four years later in Leamington Spa.

[12] In 2008, she won the Hong Kong International Bowls Classic singles title.

[13] Letham has won the Scottish National Bowls Championships singles title on two occasions in 1999 and 2019.
