Margaret Anne McMurdo AC FAAL (born 30 August 1954) is the former president of the Queensland Court of Appeal.

McMurdo briefly worked as a prosecutor and a part-time member of the Criminal Justice Commission Misconduct Tribunal from 1990 until 1991.

[4] After McMurdo, Carmody and Justice Hugh Fraser had heard an appeal by Brett Peter Cowan against his conviction for the murder of Daniel Morcombe and before the decision had been handed down.
