Margot Foster

Margot Elizabeth Foster AM (born 3 October 1958)[1] is an Australian Olympic rowing medallist and lawyer.

Foster's father John competed for Australia in water polo at the 1952 and 1956 Summer Olympics, and her brother Peter won the bronze medal in the K-2 1000 m kayaking event at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.

[3] Foster's rowing career started in 1978 with Trinity College, University of Melbourne.

[4][5] She stroked the Women's Coxed Four to a bronze medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
