Maria Duaime Robinson is an American politician who served as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives for the 6th Middlesex district from 2019 to 2022.
Born in South Korea, Robinson was adopted by American parents of Irish-German Catholic descent from Pennsylvania.
[8] In June 2021, Robinson was reportedly among the candidates vetted by the White House to succeed Neil Chatterjee as a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
[11][12] On February 8, 2022, she appeared for a hearing before the United States Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
[14] Robinson was named director of the Grid Deployment Office in the Department of Energy and resigned from the House in July 2022.
She is also an award-winning music director in the Greater Boston region and enjoys playing piano for shows.
