[2] Harper Perennial picked up the further rights,[6] through which The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot was published in May 2021.

[6] Set in Glasgow, the novel follows an intergenerational friendship between the titular Lenni Petterson, a terminally ill 17-year old, and 83-year-old Margot Macrae James respectively.

[8] The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot made the Richard & Judy Book Club list[9] and received an Alex Award.

[12] The novel follows an intergenerational friendship between a 90-year-old man Eddie who has never found love and a 24-year-old recent widow Bella.
