She worked on the popularization of science and published several papers in the fields of biology, geology and botany.
The Province of Quebec established a nature preserve named in her honor in 1992, due to her contributions to science.
In 1931 Sister Jean-Eudes became a coordinator of the Cercles des Jeunes Naturalistes division in the schools run by her congregation.
This collection was donated in the early 1970s to the Cité-des-Jeunes High School in Vaudreuil, Quebec, where her congregation was founded.
[2] In 1963 Sister Jean-Eudes started working on a monograph about the "Cercles des Jeunes Naturalistes", which was published only in 1981, after her death.
