Mark T. Cox IV

Mark T. Cox IV (born July 14, 1942) is an American financier and former government official who served as the Alternate United States Executive Director of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

[1] Cox was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming on July 14, 1942, to Elizabeth and Mark Cox III, prominent local ranchers and racehorse breeders who were close associates of President Ronald Reagan.

[1] From 1985 to 1987, he served as the bank's vice president and head of Western Hemisphere Capital Market Group Mexico in Golden Beach, Florida.

[1] On April 11, 1988, Cox was nominated by President Ronald Reagan to serve as the United States Executive Director of the World Bank for a term of two years.

[5][6][7] He was made Senior Vice President of International Business Development at Dominion Energy and retired from that post.
