Torcaso has coached in the National Premier Leagues Women's (NPLW) where he mentored Calder United from 2016.
[3] He would lead the club to the grand final where United lost 0–4 to Sydney FC[4] He would be named A-League Women Coach of the Year for the season.
[5] In December 2023, Torcaso announced his resignation from coaching Western United in order to commit to his role with the Philippines.
[6][7] On 23 August 2023, the Philippine Football Federation announced that Torcaso would be coaching the Philippines women's national football team, succeeding Alen Stajcic who led the team in their debut 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup stint.
[10] He led team in the 2022 Asian Games and the second round of the 2024 AFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
