Markell Carter (born July 29, 1989) is an American former professional football linebacker.

He then attended Central Arkansas and played football for the UCA Bears.

[6] Carter was assigned to the Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League on July 25, 2013.

On February 6, 2014, Carter was traded to the Predators, along with Ben Ossai, for Prechae Rodriguez.

[7] On March 12, 2014, Carter signed with the Colorado Ice of the Indoor Football League.
