Martha Rogers (professor)

[2] Rogers graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 1974 and earned her PhD at the University of Tennessee as a Bickel fellow.

[6] Rogers has co-authored nine customer strategy books with Don Peppers.

Peppers and Rogers are often credited with having launched the CRM revolution with their first book, The One to One Future: Building Relationships One Customer at a Time (1993).

[8][9] In 2011, the authors released a second, updated edition of their textbook, Managing Customer Relationships: A Strategic Perspective.

[10] In 2010, Rogers married television personality and talk show host Dick Cavett in New Orleans, Louisiana.
