Maryna Bazanova (Ukrainian: Марина Базанова, 25 December 1962 – 27 April 2020) was a Ukrainian handball player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1988 Summer Olympics and for the Unified Team in the 1992 Summer Olympics.

Four years later she was a member of the Unified Team which won the bronze medal.

She also won the World Women's Handball Championship three times, in 1982, 1986 and 1990.
