Masaki Yamada (writer)

Masaki Yamada (山田 正紀, Yamada Masaki, born January 16, 1950 in Nagoya) is a Japanese crime and science fiction author.

He has won the Nihon SF Taisho Award,[1] the Seiun Award three times, and an award for mystery fiction.

His novel Aphrodite was translated into English in 2004.

He also wrote After the Long Goodbye, a Ghost in the Shell-related novel.
