Masato Morishige (森重 真人, Morishige Masato, born 21 May 1987) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a centre-back, captain and currently play for J1 League club, FC Tokyo.

In July 2007, Morishige was elected Japan U20 national team for 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

In August 2008, he was elected Japan U23 national team for 2008 Summer Olympics.

At this tournament, he played full time in all three matches as defender.
