Maurice King (lawyer)

Sir Maurice Athelstan King, KA, QC (1 January 1936[1] – 21 September 2021) was a Barbadian lawyer.

[2] In the late 1970s, King served as Permanent Representative of Barbados to the United Nations, as well as a legal counsel for the Democratic Labour Party.

He graduated from University of Manchester in 1960 and was called to the bar that year.
