Mayfield Road is an east–west thoroughfare spanning Peel Region, Ontario, Canada.

The road forms the boundary of the City of Brampton and the Town of Caledon.

Although streets in Brampton are divided into east and west sections at Hurontario Street, Mayfield is not and address numbers follow the Caledon numbering system; starting at its western terminus[2] and increasing as it runs eastward.

West of McLaughlin Road, development is underway on both the Brampton and Caledon sides of Mayfield.

Just east of that point, it enters Snelgrove just west of Hurontario Street and both sides run completely within Brampton.
