The Mainamati War Cemetery (alternatively: Comilla War Cemetery) is a war cemetery and a memorial in Comilla, Bangladesh, for Second World War graves from nearby areas.

The cemetery contains 736 Commonwealth burials.

It is situated in the Comilla Cantonment area.
