Mehdi Rajeh (Persian: مهديرجه)[a] is a village in Kolbad-e Gharbi Rural District of Kolbad District, Galugah County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,008 in 481 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
