Tileh Now (Persian: تيله نو)[a] is a village in Tuskacheshmeh Rural District of the Central District of Galugah County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,561 in 405 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
