Membakut District (Malay: Daerah Membakut) is an administrative district in the Malaysian state of Sabah, part of the Interior Division.

The office building of the Small District of Membakut was completed in 1978.

In October 2023, Membakut became a full district (daerah penuh) of Sabah, East Malaysia.
