Mesatis

After their expulsion,, the Achaean hero Patreus withdrew the inhabitants from Antheia and Mesatis to Aroë, which he enlarged and called Patrae after himself.

The city's acropolis probably continued to be called Aroë, which was often synonymous with Patrae.
