Mesnil-Saint-Nicaise (French pronunciation: [menil sɛ̃ nikɛz]) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.

The commune is situated on the D19 road, some 16 miles (26 km) southwest of Saint-Quentin.
