Mia Middleton (born 23 April 2003) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who currently plays for the Parramatta Eels in the NRL Women's Premiership.
A centre or wing, she previously played for the North Queensland Cowboys and is an Indigenous All Stars representative.
Middleton was born in Newcastle, New South Wales and is of Indigenous Australian descent.
In 2020, Middleton joined the Newcastle Knights, playing in their Tarsha Gale Cup side for three seasons.
