Middlebury is an incorporated town in Wyoming County, New York.

Oatka Creek flows through the southeast corner of the town.

The north town line is the border of Genesee County.

As of the census[4] of 2000, there were 1,508 people, 530 households, and 413 families residing in the town.

17.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
